Refunds, cancellations, and returns are subject to the policies of these suppliers, which may change without notice. Mistress of the Hearth is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or fees incurred by third-party fulfillment partners.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
Refund Policy
Mistress of the Hearth offers both services and physical products through third-party suppliers. This policy explains our approach to refunds, returns, and cancellations.
Services (Appointments, Ceremonies, Consultations)

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled anytime more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

Service Packages (Immigration Packets, Relocation Strategy, Resource Coordination)

All package sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a package is purchased, work begins immediately on research, coordination, and packet preparation.

Because this time and effort cannot be unspent, refunds are not available.
Products (Books, Canvases, and Future Offerings)
Books (Amazon & Lulu):

Refunds and returns are subject to the policies of the supplier where the purchase was made (Amazon or Lulu).
Canvases (Printify):

Canvases are produced and shipped by Printify. Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the defect or damage.
Cards:

Our card decks are not currently available for sale. Refund terms will be updated when they launch.
Non-Refundable Items

Digital downloads, service packages, personalized items, and final sale products are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue, please email admin@jillianaurora.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant supplier and, when applicable, returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
