  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Packages (such as immigration packet preparation, relocation strategy, or resource coordination) are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Work begins immediately upon purchase, and preparation time cannot be reversed.

 

 

4. Products & Fulfillment

 

  • Physical products (books, canvases, and future items) are fulfilled by third-party providers, including Amazon, Lulu, and Printify.

  • Orders, returns, and refunds are subject to the policies of the supplier from which the product was purchased.

  • Printify-produced items are only eligible for replacement/refund if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping times and costs are determined by the supplier (Amazon, Lulu, or Printify).
