YOU ARE ENTITLED TO YOURSELF.

Updated: Dec 31, 2021

Entitlement: ( n ) the fact of having a right to something. We’ve all met people who think they have a right to something without any kind of their own contribution. A job. Money. Special treatment. Ease. Comfort. Luxury. It might be a little laughable or frustrating. But what about when that entitlement is the belief they have a right to YOU? Your time. Your attention. Your effort. Your body. Your resources. And, what about the LACK of entitlement to something that is rightfully yours? AKA: Your time. Your attention. Your effort. Your body. Your resources. So, when someone has the false belief they have a right to YOU and you have the false belief you DO NOT have a right to you, the result is you feeling GUILTY for wanting all the pieces of yourself and them feeling frustrated for not getting MORE of you. Are you ready to drop the belief you don’t have a right to yourself?
